Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
